The sellers were busy working professionals, hoping to upsize. They had the short holiday season to sell their house and move into a new one. Back-to-back closes are usually tricky since all the moving pieces need to fall into the right places at the right time.

Here we had another layer of challenges - Finding a buyer who was willing and qualified to take over the solar lease that still had most of the lease remaining. In addition to our standard staging and photography services, I was in contact with the solar company the entire time and eventually negotiated a lease amendment with more consumer-friendly terms. We found a buyer, just in time for the sellers to find their next house and closed both sales on the same day. Our strong negotiation skills have served our clients very well.
